Good oral health is vital to keeping your pet happy and healthy. Bacteria found in the mouth can spread throughout the blood stream and affect the heart, liver, and kidneys. Dental disease can also cause significant pain. We perform dental cleaning under general anesthesia with dental radiographs and extractions if needed.

Whether your pet needs a place to stay for a day, a week, or longer, we offer a safe and secure boarding environment for established clients. Indoor runs will be utilized for dogs unless otherwise indicated by the doctor. Please be sure to bring any medication your pet is on in the original container when dropping off. Physical exams and annual exams can also be performed by the doctor while boarding. Call our office for more information or to schedule an appointment.

Whether you dog or cat needs a full grooming or just a bath our groomer, Donna, with over 30 years of experience is available by appointment Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. One bonus of using our grooming services is having the convenience of a doctor on site to treat any medical issues as well as routine veterinary care.

In order to provide you with the most rapid test results, we offer many in-house tests including blood work, radiographs, sonograms (ultrasounds), urinalysis, fecal parasite screening, bacterial culture and sensitivity and many others. We also partner with several outside laboratories when other testing is required.

Wellness Exams

Wellness exams are important to help prevent and catch health issues early before they become an emergency! During your pet's exam our doctors are happy to discuss vaccines, nutrition, parasite prevention, exercise programs, behavioral concerns, or any other questions you may have.

We preform may surgical procedures including spay/neuter, bladder stone removal, mass removal, caesarian section, bone fracture, and CCL (ACL) repair. We use a surgical laser unit for most procedures in order to reduce pain, inflammation, bleeding and healing time. A certified veterinary technician monitors anesthesia. Most surgeries are preformed on Tuesdays or Wednesdays with emergencies scheduled as needed.

For your convenience, we offer both an in-house and online pharmacy. All of our products are veterinary-backed and guaranteed. We also stock or order Royal Canin, Hills, and Purina prescription diets. Please call for availability. If you have a difficult time medicating your pet, please discuss compounding and flavoring options with one of our doctors. We work with multiple compounding pharmacies who offer transdermal, flavored liquid or flavored treat medication options.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is a great tool to help your pet recover from an acute injury such as muscle strain or surgery, or with long-term diseases such as osteoarthritis. It is a useful drug-free option for the management of pain, swelling, and inflammation. If you are interested in laser therapy, please feel free to talk with one of our doctors about whether or not it is a good option for your pet.
